GRASS work is bordered on promoting and encouraging local economic development through local investment, decrease the rate of unemployment, thereby; reducing poverty and vulnerability in rural communities. GRASS also creates the forum for people participation in the decision making processes that lead to the overall development of their community
As we have always mentioned, GRASS activities begin with the holding of Community Driven Development Consultation at which time the issue of poverty and its negative impact is discussed in depth and together a decision is made as to how the rural community can get out of poverty.
